WHY NEXTKIDNEY
Dialysis to better fit in normal life.
For people living with kidney failure, dialysis is not only a lifesaving treatment. It is a rhythm that defines everyday life : hospital appointments, travel limits, schedules, low energy levels and constant planning around care.
Neokidney is a portable home hemodialysis device in the process of CE marking. It combines compact technology (13kg) with a much lower need for dialysis fluid (5ltr.) and a unique plug and play concept as its needs no special infrastructure at all. Compare this to current conventional approaches. With the Neokidney system finally, treatment adapts to the patient instead of the patient constantly adapting to the treatment.

A decade of progress, step by step.
Since 2014, every year has brought Neokidney closer to patients : engineering, testing, manufacturing, recent clinical trial results and currently regulatory progress towards CE approval and FDA clearance. What remains is certification and the preparation for market introduction.
