In 2023, Nextkidney launched a highly successful crowdfunding campaign to support the development of the Neokidney portable hemodialysis device. Since then, our investor community has had the opportunity to participate in every subsequent funding round.
This month, as part of Nextkidney’s Series C round, the crowd contributed an impressive €692,175 through the issuance of 2,517 share certificates.
This milestone represents more than just funding — it’s a powerful vote of confidence in our mission to revolutionize kidney care with Neokidney, the world’s first truly portable haemodialysis device.
What's next for Nextkidney
By the end of September, we will begin clinical trials in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France. In parallel, our licensing applications are progressing steadily with the relevant national authorities.
