Prof. Dr. Med. Dieter Bach
as Chief Medical Officer

Nextkidney is pleased to announce the appointment of Prof. Dr. Med. Dieter Bach as Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
Dr Bach is a nephrologist with extensive experience in dialysis care and clinical practice. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in the management of patients with chronic kidney disease, with a particular focus on improving treatment pathways and outcomes in dialysis. His background combines clinical expertise with a strong understanding of the operational and organizational challenges faced by healthcare providers.
In his role as CMO, Dr Bach will lead Nextkidney’s medical strategy and contribute to the design, execution, and interpretation of clinical programs. He will also play a key role in strengthening collaboration with clinicians, investigators, and healthcare stakeholders.
His appointment comes at an important stage in the development of Nextkidney’s portable hemodialysis system, as the company continues to generate clinical evidence and prepares future steps in its development roadmap.
